Charles H. Li, President ¨C educated in
China and the USA with a MBA, Mr. Li has many years of
entrepreneurial and management experience in finance, chemical,
cosmetic, medical and pharmaceutical industry. He worked
with a number of state-owned investment companies in 1980s
and early 1990s, and later founded a number of subsidiaries
under Zhongshi International Group including Nanjing Zhongshi
Chemicals Ltd.
James J. Shen, Executive
Director ¨C  educated in China and the UK with
a MBA, Mr. Shen worked with Ciba-Geigy in China in 1980s
and later founded Wicon International Ltd. to provide
consulting services to many large and medium multinational
pharmaceutical companies for their China business in
1990s. He later worked for IVAX and Taro responsible
for their Asian business development.
Dr. Evelyn Su, Chief
Scientific Officer ¨C educated in China and the USA with a PhD in analytical chemistry, Dr. Su was a senior research scientist with Warner Lambert Pharmaceuticals in early 1990s. She has many years of pharmaceutical and chemical R&D management experience through her responsibilities in R&D with Zhongshi International Group.
Prof. Jiaxiang Shen,
Chief Advisor ¨C educated in the UK with a PhD in pharmaceutical chemistry, Prof. Shen was responsible for overseeing the R&D of the Chinese pharmaceutical industry for many years before his retirement as the Deputy Chief Scientific Officer of the State Pharmaceutical Administration of China. He is a fellow of prestigious Chinese Academy of Engineering.
