Beijing Jicai Pharmaceutical Technology Ltd. is a leading private pharmaceutical technology development company in China with a portfolio of new pharmaceutical products. Beijing Jicai was founded by Prof. Jiaxiang Shen, a pioneer and authority of pharmaceutical R&D in China and formerly Deputy Chief Scientific Officer of the State Pharmaceutical Administration of China (now State Drug Administration).
